Saratoga Reptile Show Vendor Registration

• Our 2026 fall show will take place on October 11, 2026 from 9AM - 4PM. We still have limited tables available for purchase!
• The Saratoga Reptile show is located at the Saratoga City Center in Saratoga Springs, NY. You can find more information about this fantastic venue here.
• Expanded Event Layout: Due to continued vendor and attendee growth, we're expanding the show with a NEW Entrance Room connected to our Main Hall.
  
  This addition allows us to welcome more vendors while creating a more efficient flow for guests, ensuring every attendee experiences even more exhibitors throughout the event!
• Four Vendor Table Options: Vendors can choose from four table options to best fit their display and budget: 8' Main Hall ($125), 6' Main Hall ($100), NEW 8' Entrance Room ($100), and NEW 6' Entrance Room ($75).
• Read our vendor agreement and and purchase tables while supplies last!
  
• Vendor Load-In: Vendors may begin unloading and setting up on the day of the show between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM on October 11th.
• There is ample parking in and around the City center. As well as a brand new securely covered parking garage located between Maple and High Rock Avenues. This parking garage has a pedestrian bridge leasing right into the City Center. There is available parking for oversized vehicles with trailers as well. No trailers allowed in the parking garage.
• We recommend purchasing your hotel tickets at Priceline.com for  the Saratoga Hilton that is connected to the City Center. Room blocks for that week are more expensive than Priceline. We encourage vendors to stay there the night before to ensure an easy wake up and load in the day of the show.
• All vendors will receive an exhibitor welcome packet with setup/breakdown times, animal compliance, parking details, and any special venue rules, 1 week prior to the event date.
• Vendors are liable to have a NY State Sales Tax License.

Animal Policy:

to protect the health of animals, ensure public safety, and comply with state regulations, the Saratoga Reptile Show enforces the following policies for all live animal vendors:

• Health & Legality: All animals must be in good health and legal to sell, display, or possess in New York State.
• Licensing: Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any state, federal, or local licenses and permits required for the species they bring to the show.
• Vendor Responsibility: It is the vendor’s obligation to research and understand all applicable laws and requirements before the event.
• Prohibited Species: Venomous animals of any kind are strictly prohibited from being brought onto event grounds—this includes display, sale, or transport into the venue.
• Enforcement: Vendors found intentionally or repeatedly offering illegal or unhealthy animals will be required to remove them immediately and will be banned from participating in future Saratoga Reptile Shows.
• Animal Handling Policy: Vendors who choose to remove non-venomous animals from their enclosures or allow attendee interaction must maintain full control of the animals at all times. The vendor assumes complete responsibility for the safety and supervision of any handled animals. Vendors are solely liable for any property damage or personal injury that may occur as a result of animal handling within the event venue.
